I’m the property manager of a condo complex in Danvers. Our furnace has been having issues for the last couple of months. Techs came out on two other occasions to try to remedy the issue, but the issue persisted.
This time around, we had Tom Gallant on the job, who did a very thorough check-up on the furnace and found issues with the furnace that were missed prior. We needed to replace our oil burner with a high efficiency propane burner. A significant amount of work and coordination was required to smoothly complete the project. Issues did arise but Townsend worked through them and we had reliable heat throughout the project.
