Justin is definitely an invaluable asset to Lombardi. š I was sitting on my neighborās porch chatting with her when the Lombardi van pulled up. She said heās here for my annual furnace service. This very pleasant guy with a big smile greeted her, said, 'Donāt get up, I know where it is,' and even asked her if, like last year, she needed him to shut off the outside water from under her kitchen sink (she has very bad arthritis). I was so impressed with this guy and decided that I had to have him do our annual service too. I called to request the guy that my friend had. After looking up her address, I was told that it was Justin. I immediately called and asked if I could request Justin to perform our annual furnace serviceāYES! Justin is so professional, knowledgeable, respectful, pleasant, and has an awesome sense of humor (something that is always a plus in our book!). I canāt commend Justin enough.
