A few days ago, in the morning, I called Townsend office in Somersworth, NH, and spoke to Heidi. Recently, I noticed that my hot water boiler heating system had a few leaks. I have a pretty good knowledge of this heating system and expressed my concerns. Heidi, who was very nice, understood, took notes, and submitted a work request. Later in the afternoon, my doorbell rang and it was Tyler (Heating Technician). We had a short conversation, he examined the system, ordered parts, and got right to work. Prior to dinner time, the system was repaired, up and running perfectly. Tyler is top notch and I am very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.
