Townsend Energy has supplied propane and service for my heating and cooling systems for close to 20 years. Their response time, professionalism, and service are superior. My propane-fired heating system failed in the late fall of 2024, on the cusp of the holidays and forecast frigid, below freezing weather. Townsend delivered proposals for several efficient systems immediately and also provided information for any available state or federal rebates opportunities. Upon final selection of the system, they were able to order, receive, and install the new system very quickly so I was ready for the Christmas holidays. In addition, they came back a few times within 24 hours to make adjustments to the system and also assisted me in completing the MA rebate forms. Six months later, the heating and cooling systems are operating well, our fuel costs are less and I received a $3,500 MassSaves rebate check in addition to a $2,000 Federal Tax Credit.
