Brian Knows Exactly What He Is Doing
Brian is a surgeon in this business. I have had the privilege of him showing up to my house to deal with heating and air conditioning issues over the years. I get my propane from them also and they are always fair and extremely helpful. A few years ago, Brian suggested replacing my heating system and we did, and it made a major improvement to our household. We also changed over an air conditioning system and that also was a successful change. Brian knows exactly what he is doing every time he comes over for service. There has not been one time when he is not sure about an issue and quickly resolves it. We have been loyal customers for years and years and appreciate this company's continued awesome service. The ladies in the office are always helpful in taking information and passing it along to the service department for immediate attention! Thanks very much for helping me out in getting my faulty valve replaced and up and running. Brian went way out of his day to make sure we had heat by the time he left! It was absolutely amazing the work he did in a short period of time! Thank you!
