Generator service plans and oil tank insurance are separate from Townsend360, but you're welcome to hold either (or both) alongside your membership.
What You Get
A safety inspection on one primary piece of equipment, every year.
Applies to all covered HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work, for as long as you're a member.
Your calls move to the front of the line when demand peaks during busy seasons.
Your diagnostic fee is reduced — or waived — right at the time of service.
Members get scheduled first when heating season demand is at its highest.
If your heat goes out in winter, your service call jumps to the front.
Unlike most benefits, this one builds over time. You earn $50 every year you're a member, accumulating up to $500 toward a new boiler or furnace, or up to $250 toward a water heater, panel upgrade, or heat pump. Stay enrolled for 10 years, and that $500 is simply there when you need it — no extra saving required.

I currently have a Guard plan. Do I need to switch?
If you hold a Value Guard, Home Guard, Cool Guard, or Gold Guard plan, Townsend360 replaces it. We'll walk you through what that means for your specific plan and pricing.

Can I keep my generator plan or oil tank insurance?
Yes. Those are priced and managed separately from Townsend360, and you can hold any combination of them alongside your membership.

What if I have more than one furnace, boiler, or AC unit?
Your membership covers one primary unit. Additional units are eligible for tune-ups at a discounted member rate, billed separately.

Monthly or annual — which should I choose?Most members find monthly billing easiest to manage. If you're used to paying once a year on a Guard plan, the annual option keeps that same rhythm.
