Carrier Natural Gas Furnace Installation in Danvers, Massachusetts
The Desmond family of Danvers, MA, had an older heating system that wasn’t able to meet their comfort needs. Due to the cold winter season, they wanted a reliable and energy-saving unit. The Desmond’s decided to call the experts at Townsend Energy for our professional opinion about a natural gas heating system.
We sent one of our home comfort specialists to assess the Desmond’s heating system. Upon inspection, we recommended a natural gas furnace installation in their Danvers, MA home.
Problem: The Desmond’s had a home heating system that did not provide the comfort they required. Also, their old heater was inefficient, resulting in high home heating costs.
Solution: We installed a Carrier natural gas furnace and the necessary HVAC ductwork.
Danvers Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Upgrade
Having a properly installed heating and cooling system is essential for any home or business in New England. In the case of the Desmond’s, we installed a Carrier natural gas furnace and the necessary ductwork to their home. This installation also required us to connect to the home’s existing natural gas line.
As part of this Danvers, Massachusetts forced-air heating system replacement, we used the following materials in this installation project: Carrier Performance™ series natural gas furnace (model 59SP5A060E14–12), direct vent piping for the furnace’s intake and exhaust, transitions necessary to reconnect the supply and return plenums, and miscellaneous fittings. We also provided all the labor required to install the equipment, reconnect the furnace to the existing gas piping, installed all necessary new ductwork and we removed & disposed of the old furnace.
Carrier’s Performance™ series of gas furnaces feature the following:

We had some issues with our heating system and one of the Townsend Energy technicians, Gary, came out to evaluate our system. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He evaluated our system, ran a diagnostic, replaced a part that had failed, and ordered another part to be replaced. We were working with a time deadline and he expedited the part order, followed up quickly and came out and replaced the part. He also found another issue and repaired it while he was with us. He was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Gary is an extraordinary representative for your company and someone we would recommend to anyone.

I called with a billing question and Maria listened attentively and understood my concerns and removed the charge to my account. We recently had a new furnace installed and she removed a previous charge that we acquired while our problems were being diagnosed. She provided excellent customer service!
