Tony Pezzella is such a knowledgable and gifted AC tech. He is EXREMELY thorough and as I say "all business" when servicing my AC on a very hot ninety degree day. There were many faults he observed and gave me a lot of suggestions like keeping the area clean and how to cover it during the winter. Townsend has a gem in Tony and I consider him a valued employee. Thank you Tony. Furthermore. in the past I have lauded an employee and actually received a phone call from Jim Townsend in appreciation. I would appreciate another call from Jim to tell him how dissatisfied I am regarding the May 14th yearly inspection I paid for and did not get a single warning about the faults (freon, clogged vents, etc.) I feel I got zero results from that day and paid the price when the AC failed two days ago. When checking my hospitalized mother's house this past February I found her heat wasn't working. I called Townsend. I couldn't stay, but gave them access information to the house. They fixed the issue promptly and saved us from having the pipes freeze. What impressed me most was that they were take the initiative (with our permission) to find the key to room where the oil tank is located and complete the work on their own.

Harry went over and above what any other serviceman has done for us. He came to fix our heating and air conditioning, and when I mentioned that a noise in my son’s bedroom (that may or may not be related to the AC unit) had been keeping him awake st night for the past TEN years, Harry was happy to accept the challenge and try to help us find the cause. It took him only a few minutes to point out a rusty nail entering the house where a cable wire entered, and it ended up being the cause! I had thought it may be the AC piping in the wall, and almost had a hole cut in my son’s bedroom wall to determine the source of the noise. Harry was so kind, and was thrilled to be presented with a challenging problem. We are so grateful to Harry, not only for keeping our house cool in the summer and wRm in the winter, but for his expertise and genuine kindness. He is truly an employee that all others should strive to be like!

Inspected Hot water Hydronic loop for air , and removed tank Aquastat capillary probe for possible mineral welded condition. Found above average street water pressure of 82 psi that needs to be followed up with Ipswich DPW.
Serviced leaking Hydronic safety components onto Weil McLain heating system. Purged all zones and tested pressure and temperatures.
Serviced 1st Central Air Conditioning System with R410a Refrigerant and new seal caps. Tested temperature and pressures to factory specifications.
Serviced 1st floor main Central Air Conditioning System with new Capacitor in outside condensing unit, and installed temporary air filter into 1st floor main and 2nd floor unit.
Tuned up Both Carrier Central Air Conditioning Systems.
Installed new Honeywell Mixiing Valve. Tested hot water temp at kitchen and bath tub spouts.
