Marie helped me out with a difficult situation. I thought I had a fixed-price contract but it turned out I didn't. She was able to substantially reduce the cost of my last delivery and give me excellent advice going forward. Throughout she was polite, explained everything clearly and got back to me quickly with a solution. Dealing with the public--especially about money!-- can be challenging. Marie was wonderful and I am grateful for her help. I hope Townsend Energy knows how valuable it is to them to have someone like her representing their business to the public.

We have had this issue for a few months and have had other technicians look into it with no solution. Brian took the time to check every possible source of the problem and explained what he was doing and why along the way. He did all the safety tests to make sure we had the right amount of gas. While testing, since there was a chance he would find nothing wrong, he had the forethought to call the manufacturer and waited for an agent to take the call (while he was still checking the last couple of possible problems.) The manufacturer had seen this issue before and provided a solution that will hopefully work! We really appreciated Brian taking the time to check everything!

Needed a new oil tank. Technician (who was very good)was doing annual check up found and patched leaks. Installation team, subcontractors, we’re not. A few hours after installation of new tank, furnace shut down. They had made some errors in installation by allowing air into line. Emergency tech came at 11PM and fixed it. My experience is that the technicians from Townsend are very good, but the subcontractors are not. I am basing this review on the installation of the tank.

Technicians polite, showed up when expected. Customer Service poor. We had to call 2X in order to get information on our bill. All we were or expect is an itemized bill. The cost of the cleaning, the cost of the part, etc. Grouping it into one bill is not good customer service in my option. We been good customers for years and depend on your knowledge. I understand someone finally called back and are giving us a $25. Credit, which in my opinion is not enough but we got some answers. Thank you.

Talked to Karole in the office about my oil level and the cold snap on 2/3/23. She explained my oil level in my tank was good. Karole said she could fill it in a couple of days. However no sooner did I get off the phone, and my tank was filled. WOW!!!! Amazing !!!! My concerns were met in a timely manner. Thank you Karole and whoever came to fill my tank.
