We had no heat and Brian diagnosed a bad ignition problem very quickly and replaced the ignition switch. I have not received the bill yet so I can’t comment on price but very happy with the quick service and it had to be done so price isn’t an issue.

The installation team worked with me to minimize the impact on my cellar space even though it made the installation more difficult for them. Unicco Air Handler Sequencer

Brian was able to make my Unicco air handler work for the weekend even though a part was worn out which he came back the following Tuesday to replace. My air handler died the day after Christmas. It was Saturday and we were really worried we would have no heat all weekend. Brian made sure we had heat and his knowledge of Unicco systems is a key factor in us choosing to remain with Townsend Energy. Thanks Brian!!! Awesome job!!!
