You are all an exceptional group - from the office to the prep area to the delivery. You are all an amazing kind group!

I remember when I met most of you in the office. You are all the sweetest, you are all the nicest, you are all the kindest!  You all give your heart to Townsend.  It must be an exceptional company with the kind leaders and it shows through the dedication, commitment and happiness that all your employees share. They are in it for the good of the company and also the good of the customer. That's special!

Thank you all for always answering my questions. Thank you for always assisting my needs. Thank you for always being there for your customers in such a pleasant way....All the time! Even when you may not have been in the mood.

What I want to say is ...Thanks each and every one of you.  That is why it works - you all work together. For all you do each and every day.  it makes a difference you are all very special and you are all appreciated very much. Cassandra and Stephanie did a really nice gesture for me.  I want to acknowledge your kindness and  gift was truly appreciated. I thank you for your time, extra efforts and kindness.
